Only a few blocks from Plaza Serano yet away from the noise. Grocery store, laundry, and multiple restaurants, all within one block. This is THE neighborhood you want to stay in and own in if you’re a buyer. If you rent somewhere else, you’ll be taking a cab here regularly for BA’s finest dining. Excellent home for entertaining guests. Sunny living room has fold out couch/bed to provide semi private area to sleep two for a total of four guests and the finest of linens.
